The thermal conductive silicone pad of LANXIN is a high-performance thermal management solution, designed to outperform conventional thermal pad alternatives with enhanced heat transfer efficiency. As a versatile thermal interface product, this thermal conductive silicone pad integrates the excellent conformability of thermal gel—it fills micro-gaps between heat-generating electronic components and heat sinks seamlessly, minimizing thermal resistance for stable, long-lasting heat dissipation. LANXIN carefully selects thermal conductive silicone pad is a soft, non-silicone thermal pad. The non-silicone thermal gel is designed to replace silicone pads when the application could not tolerate silicone outgassing. Such applications include set-top boxes, routers, optical devices and automotive applications. Lanxin thermal pad can be provided in a range of different thicknesses and formats depending on the end use.
