The non-silicone thermal pad of LANXIN is a cutting-edge thermal interface material (TIM) engineered to solve heat dissipation challenges in high-power electronics. Unlike traditional silicone-based alternatives, this soft, flexible pad features a soft gel pad core structure that delivers exceptional conformability, filling micro-gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks with zero silicone outgassing risk.

Non-Silicone Thermal Pad is made of non-silicone resin material. No low molecular siloxane volatilization and low total volatile gas, no electrical contact & pollution problems(Low VOC). Thermal interface material is flexible and has great thermal conduction, Low compressive stress and high compressive characteristics can effectively reduce the stress load of components, so that the equipment only needs to bear less mechanical stress, and at the same time, it can have low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity.
