Contents of the second phase of Lanxin's Thailand plant project
I. Core overview of the project
Construction goals: expand the scale of production lines, focus on the needs of Southeast Asian investment customers, and add two rubber product production lines.
Total built-up area: 13,000 ㎡, of which the green area accounts for more than 30%, taking into account both capacity expansion and ecological planning.
II. New production equipment and facilities
1. Upgrade of vulcanization equipment (a total of 20 units):
Flat vulcanizer: 15 units, suitable for the production of standard parts such as seals and rubber sheets;
Injection vulcanizer: 5 units, used for efficient molding of complex structural parts
2. Auxiliary equipment:
Secondary vulcanization ovens: 8 units, to improve product performance stability;
Mold temperature control system: equipped with intelligent instruments to accurately control vulcanization process parameters.
3. Environmental protection facility transformation:
Wastewater treatment system: Upgrade the treatment process and provide high-quality HDPE drainage pipes;
Greening planning: retain 30% of the plant area as greening areas, in line with green production standards.
