Recently, Lanxin's headquarters old workshop(auxiliary materials and silicone mixing area) has completed an 8-month-long green renovation project. Started as Dec 2024, construction was finished in July, with full official operation starting in early August. This upgrade marks a key step in the company's practice of sustainable development, covering production optimization, low-carbon transformation, and employee care.

The original workshop primarily focused on die-cutting auxiliary material production, with partial areas for silicone mixing. To meet evolving business needs and quality standards, the renovation prioritized process refinement:
Independent Production Zone: A new dedicated area for silicone mixing was added, enabling Delicacy Management (refined management) through physical isolation. This reduces cross-process interference, improves operational safety, and reserves space for future capacity expansion.
Key Equipment Enhancement: 5 industrial ovens were installed in the original mixing area, specifically for silicone secondary vulcanization. As a critical step in silicone production, secondary vulcanization enhances product stability, heat resistance, and mechanical properties, laying a solid foundation for delivering high-quality silicone products to customers.
Low-carbon production was integrated into every detail of the renovation:
Solar Power System: Photovoltaic panels were fully installed on the workshop roof to harness clean energy. Generated electricity first powers the workshop’s independent lighting, with surplus energy stored in energy storage devices for efficient recycling. This reduces reliance on traditional power grids and lowers carbon emissions annually.
Idle Space Revitalization: External idle land was transformed into employee parking lots and green belts. This not only optimizes space utilization but also improves the factory’s ecological environment, creating a balanced "production-ecology" layout.
In line with its commitment to employee well-being, the newly added parking spaces are prioritized for frontline production operators and technical staff. This initiative addresses commuting challenges for grassroots employees, reflecting the company’s culture of "respecting labor and caring for employees."
The headquarters renovation follows the launch of Lanxin’s Thailand Phase II project in early June, forming part of the company’s global "green transformation plan" for production bases.
A Lanxin representative stated: "Green production is central to our high-quality development and long-term commitment to customers and society. This renovation enhances production efficiency, product quality, and employee satisfaction."
Moving forward, Lanxin will continue to invest in green technology innovation and expand environmental upgrades across production bases. For more updates, follow Lanxin’s official channels.
